Our Process & Pricing Structure
Treating our Clients fairly is at the heart of everything we do, and our Fee Structure is no different.
We always charge fixed fees for our services, as we believe it is the only fair and un-bias way to deliver the best advice and service.
We do not like to work on a commission basis or charge hourly rates, as we believe you should always know in advance the full and final costs before you make a decision to proceed with any planning. The fees we charge are based on the complexity of your specific requirements and are not variable by the value of the Estate we are helping you with.
Below is a guide to the fees you can expect to be charged depending on your unique and specific requirements, and are not a definitive list of our charges.
We also offer a range of Client Service Level Plans that offer significant benefits to subscribers, including discounted rates on many of our services.
All prices are based on a couple and are inclusive of V.A.T.
Please note that our minimum Savings threshold for new Clients is £250,000.

This meeting is all about you and your personal needs. We will also review any existing planning for you, to ensure that what you have still meets your current and future needs. Initial Meetings are charged at £180. However, we are pleased to offer a discounted rate on your first Initial Meeting with us at just £90 inc. VAT.

At this meeting, we will walk you through your unique Estate Planning recommendations and the costs of implementing each element. You will choose The Planning that best meets your needs and budget.

On average our Estate Planning Clients pay £3,684 depending on the complexity of Estate Planning required.
From a basic Will through to Lasting Powers of Attorney.
£1,200 - £2,800Protective Trusts carved through your Will, protecting your loved ones and beneficiaries from the date of your death.
£3,900 - £6,000Protective Trusts created now, protecting your loved ones and beneficiaries before your death.
