Jasmine Lambert

Jasmine joined the Financial Services practice established in 1999 by her father, Steven Blofield Associates at 16 years old. After working her way up through all the office roles, while taking her exams to be a professional Financial Adviser in her own right, Jasmine became the Managing Director of the firm in 2010.

In 2014, Jasmine became an owner and director for the first time with the creation of Redwood Financial Family Wealth and Estate Planning Ltd, the business she still heads today.

In 2021, Jasmine also passed her final exams to become a Chartered Financial Planner.

Not only is Jasmine a dedicated practitioner in Wealth & Estate Planning, she is also a member of the Society of Will Writers for Hampshire and Wiltshire. In addition, she is one of the founding partners of The Portsmouth Business Exchange, a not for profit networking group specifically set up to help local small businesses share ideas, solve problems, create new business leads and support local charities

Jasmine is also a mentor and teacher on Wills Trusts and Estate Planning as she passes on her extensive knowledge and expertise to other professional Will Writers, Estate Planners, Financial Advisers, Accountants and Solicitors.

Jasmine developed a real passion for helping and interacting with people from her first day at work when she saw the difference that doing great Financial Planning for Clients made to them and their families. Her father Steve has been a powerful mentor throughout Jasmine’s career. The skills she has learnt and developed over that time now enable her to converse at all levels, in a plain English way, that people find easy to understand and engaging to listen to.

Jasmine is a much sought-after guest speaker and frequently delivers public seminars and private after-dinner speeches. She has delivered talks and seminars on Customer Service, The Power of Networking and Public Speaking. In addition, Jasmine has been a columnist for several local press publications.

Jasmine is married to Chris and when she isn’t helping Clients to grow, protect and enjoy their wealth, she is working with Chris to develop his own rapidly growing business.

Taking the advice she so often gives her own Clients, Jasmine has created a ‘bucket list’ of all the things she has ever wanted to do. Many of these include activities with the family and one day going into space!
